Terms and Conditions of Service

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) are an agreement between Metzi Dj Mobile Entertainment (“Company”) and you (“Client”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the services made available by the Company.

By using the Company’s services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Company’s services.

1. Services

The Company agrees to provide DJ services (“Services”) as described in the booking confirmation.

2. Payment of Fees

The Client agrees to pay the Company the total fee for the Services as outlined in the booking confirmation. Payment is due in full at least 14 days prior to the event.

3. Cancellation Policy

The Client may cancel the Services at any time by providing written notice to the Company. all retainer fees will be forfeited. If the Client cancels the Services more than 14 days prior to the event, the Company will refund any fees paid by the Client. If the Client cancels the Services less than 14 days prior to the event, the Company will retain any fees paid by the Client.

4. Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the Client or any third party arising from the Services provided by the Company.

5. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to the Services provided by the Company.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
